February 20.

Meals...


Breakfast...Egg whites. Daiya Cheddar "cheese". Smoked ham. Sriracha. (I put that $#!+ on everything).



Lunch...Sauteed onions, red peppers, carrots and spinach with black beans, an over-easy egg and Sriracha (of course)


Dinner... Steamed butternut squash, with ground turkey and lean beef, spinach & homemade tomato sauce

And so it begins....

Some girls are naturally thin. I am not one of them. 

I have been working out faithfully for years, with limited results. Something is off. Instead of complaining, I know I need to do something different.

I have joined a fb group which I post to daily. I record every time I workout, and feel the personal guilt when I don't post. Accountability is key! Now I plan on doing the same with my food. Every day I will post a photo of every meal, snack and bite I take. I know what foods are good and what are bad. Seeing IS believing.
